During April, volunteers Julia Sitnikova and Dennis Martinsson organized trips from the migration center in Arlöv to Leo’s Lekland entertainment center for families with kids.
On a nice sunny afternoon at the end of April, over a hundred people enjoyed a family picnic at Ribersborg beach.

Orthodox Easter is always a special holiday in Ukraine. Celebrated with dyed eggs and paska, traditional sweet bread, it is a symbol of new hope. And hope has never been more important than now when we all hope for peace in Ukraine.
It is always busy at the parking lot next to the Migrations Agency in Malmö – we are distributing essentials, offering a cup of hot coffee, and sharing a couple of kind words with the dozens of inhabitants, both big and small, of the refugee hotel. When the first Ukrainian refugees started to arrive in Malmö, the war had already been going on for a week. We knew that Romania, Moldova, Poland, Germany, and other countries were actively receiving thousands of Ukrainian people- so we had been expecting people to come to Sweden too, though it took them some time.
